Returns

Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt or packing slip. Claims for items damaged in transit or items missing from shipment must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition. Please read instructions for returning an item below. American Tombow, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if all conditions are not met or charge a 15% restocking fee.

Credit will be applied to the credit card with which the original purchase was made. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How to return or exchange an item:

You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting our Customer Service team at ORDERS@TOMBOWUSA.COM or by phone at 800-835-3232 ext. 511 or 678-318-3344 ext. 511. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Place the original package into a shipping carton. Please repack the products carefully to avoid damage in transit.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
